Old Call Of Duty 2 video

Back before hardcore mode, there was Call Of Duty 2. I finally found my old highlight video I made. Unfortunately, it's pretty low quality, and I'm still trying to find the original raw video file. Meanwhile, you can watch it here:
 

Hackers are few, and many think I do...

Was accused of hacking for about the 5th time since Black Ops 2 came out. I keep wondering if I should just link them to this blog or not. Usually, I just explain to them how I've been playing Call Of Duty constantly since the first one came out, and have been playing true FPSs since Quake 1. I really don't want to have to go back to video taping myself playing again... Hopefully the devs that review the games of reported players will see the truth.

I do have videos and what not to upload, but I can't until I get new internet which should be this month (I'm currently on Wireless 1.5Mbps DSL). Far too slow to upload videos.

Unbanned on Umbrella Corps!

Finally got unbanned from the UMBR S&D server. The actual owner reviewed my post on their forums, added me on Steam, and told me I was unbanned. It's nice to have an excellent S&D only server to play on again.

Never did get unbanned here... [Unbanned Later]

I was banned [Unbanned, see later post] on the Umbrella Corps' HC S&D server. I eventually got them to admit I don't hack, but I'm still banned. The guy that banned me said it's cause he "doesn't like" me. http://www.umbrellacorps.com/phpBB3/

Ban Reversed - Eye Doctor Visit

The guys over at KillNoobie have finally removed my ban. Just finished playing several matches with one of them. Nice people there and an excellent community they've created.

Also, while at the eye doctor today, I asked the doctor if my very large cups and large nerve heads could have anything to do with my pwning all the time in first person shooters. He said no, and that whatever skill I have is in my brain. Now to find a brain doctor...

Proof of me not hacking

As you can see, I recorded myself playing, just in case someone accused me of hacking. Well, I ended up getting banned at the end of this.

This was on the Umbrella Corps S&D Server. They finally said they'd reverse the ban and agreed I don't hack... but they have yet to actually follow through.

Where am I now in Black Ops.

Just the other day, I was banned from the KillNoobie Mixed HC server (KN's servers are the top ranked Blops servers). I started playing on this server (almost exclusively) back on April 2nd, 2011. Here is what I was told about my ban:

YourMother - apologize however although you've played on our server many times today 3 members questioned your movements and prefiring of corners. You were banned until the KN council can review the video of game. Please go to knservers.com and request a reinstatement of your gaming privileges. Sorry for the inconvenience, and I'm sure the tape will be reviewed in your favor.

Skill and practice is one thing, but having good hardware helps quite a lot. Here's my setup:

Who is [Lh]YourMother

I have been gaming on the computer since the Apple II. I've played virtually every FPS (Quake, Doom, SoF, Duke Nukem, UT, CS, etc) with Wolfenstein 3D being my first. I started playing Call Of Duty since the day it came out, and that's when I found my calling. I've always been naturally gifted at video games, but after many years of constant playing, I may have gotten too good.

Banned almost everywhere, I decided to start this blog to document my struggles at being so good at a game I love/hate so much.
